My career started in software development, moved through product and customer leadership, and has grown into executive operating roles where technical architecture, product strategy, company building, and delivery all meet.
The through line is building useful technology with real teams for real businesses.
I co-founded and lead GenServ AI, a platform company that serves as the AI expertise layer for mid-market businesses. We build custom agentic systems, AI-powered products, and the infrastructure that lets companies move generative AI from experiments into production.
In two years, we have grown to roughly 15 active clients, raised SAFE-based funding, and built proprietary products including BidScore, an AI-powered RFP evaluation product, and CredsCheck, an automated credential verification product using browser automation and AI vision.
I operate across the full stack of the business: technical architecture, product strategy, client delivery, fundraising, and team building.
I served on the board of Bidify, one of the companies launched out of the venture studio, advising on product direction, applied AI strategy, and early company execution.
As CTO, I led both technical strategy and operational execution for a venture studio focused exclusively on generative AI startups.
Across a two-year build cycle, I architected systems, built MVPs, recruited technical founding teams, and helped shape go-to-market and business model decisions across six AI-native B2B SaaS companies.
The work reinforced what has defined my career since: I am a technical founder who builds and a business operator who ships. Core focus areas included LLM-powered agents, AI-driven workflow automation, and applied agentic behavior for mid-market enterprise use cases.
I acted as the technical director for three programs totaling roughly 150 people within the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services, focusing on delivery, technical strategy, and empowering product teams.
I was responsible for development activities on the 4Innovation platform, a CMS program of almost 100 people supporting alternate payment models in Medicare.
This role included defining technical direction, designing scalable architecture for a large user base, directly managing a development team of 15 developers and technical leads, improving delivery practices, and directing quality assurance.
I managed product owners, coordinated cross-team product launches, and owned roadmap execution across a large employment platform covering onboarding, time tracking, scheduling, payroll processing, and integrations.
I also drove product integrations with platforms including QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, and Restaurant365, which gave me practical experience at the intersection of product strategy, technical execution, and external partnerships.
I led customer-facing teams of nearly 30 people, owned the P&L of an established customer base, represented the company at conferences, and partnered closely with product teams to translate customer needs into product direction.
The team improved customer NPS from -18 to +31 in less than a year.
I worked across market research, customer discovery, prioritization, and feature delivery for a growing user base.
I helped build a payroll system from scratch, launch two mobile applications, and release an on-demand work platform while the company moved from early product ambition into scaled execution.
I led the build and launch of the company's first mobile application and helped modernize core platform modules for a traditional staffing business moving toward a more technology-enabled model.
I worked on legacy web applications and then helped build Intergraph's first modern web application to supplement its flagship product and compete in a changing market.
This is where I learned how to take a product from blank slate to successful launch with a strong engineering team.
I built websites, managed CMS applications supporting Army initiatives, transferred projects between departments, and built internal tools including a survey product.
