I joined Spur as CTO following its acquisition of GenServ AI, responsible for the technology transition and for adopting that AI capability across the company.
I led technical and organizational integration after the acquisition, then designed and deployed a roster of AI digital employees to automate routine work and improve operational efficiency. Those systems sit on a defined autonomy framework: what gets automated versus what stays human-owned.
I founded and scaled GenServ AI as CEO to roughly 15 active mid-market clients, building production AI systems — multi-agent architectures, RAG pipelines, and browser automation — inside a custom cloud-based harness.
I was chief architect of the GenServ platform, which has processed more than 35 billion tokens. I established data classification and access control policies for client data, supporting the company's HIPAA compliance posture, and built retention and handling standards directly into the RAG pipeline and agent harness.
I raised SAFE-based seed funding, reported to a board of directors, and led the company through acquisition by Spur — LOI evaluation, investor alignment, and negotiation — then transitioned the technology and team.
As CTO, I was responsible for technical feasibility and founding-team profiles for launching AI-first startups — advising new company executives on the intersection of technology and operations, and building the initial platforms myself when that was the fastest path to market.
I evaluated technical and business feasibility for prospective ventures and helped take five portfolio companies and their products to market. I also incubated two internal ventures: BidScore, an AI-powered RFP evaluation product, and the GenServ platform, which later spun out as its own company.
The work was hands-on production AI from the start of the generative AI era: agentic architectures, RAG pipelines, and browser automation, later scaled independently at GenServ.
I served on the board of Bidify after we launched it from the venture studio, advising on product direction, applied AI strategy, and early company execution.
I served as technical director for three CMS programs totaling roughly 150 people in a highly regulated federal environment, focusing on delivery, technical strategy, and empowering product teams. That included the 4Innovation platform, a CMS program of almost 100 people supporting alternate payment models in Medicare, where I directly managed a development team of 15 developers and technical leads.
I reduced development-team turnover by more than 100%, and designed a digital document solution that cut the time to support new dynamic forms from four weeks to one week, with improved validation.
I also delivered the first API-first command-line tool so customers could automate data processing, and implemented data classification and access control policies across the three programs handling federally regulated data.
I managed product owners, coordinated cross-team product launches, and owned roadmap execution across a large employment platform covering onboarding, time tracking, scheduling, payroll processing, and integrations. The product suite served 10k+ active users.
I cut customer onboarding time from 30 days to 7 days, standardized delivery practices across departments, and drove product integrations with platforms including QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, and Restaurant365.
I led customer-facing teams of nearly 30 people, owned the P&L of an established customer base, represented the company at conferences, and partnered closely with product teams to translate customer needs into product direction.
The team improved customer NPS from -18 to +31 in less than a year.
I worked across market research, customer discovery, prioritization, and feature delivery for a growing user base.
As lead engineer, I architected and launched a payroll system in six months that has since processed more than $60M in wages. I also helped launch two mobile applications and an on-demand work platform as the company moved from early product ambition into scaled execution.
I led the build and launch of the company's first mobile application and helped modernize core platform modules for a traditional staffing business moving toward a more technology-enabled model.
I worked on legacy web applications and then helped build Intergraph's first modern web application to supplement its flagship product and compete in a changing market.
